1). Website Editor
This website, accessible at the URL http://fondation.saint-gobain-initiatives.com/en/ (hereinafter referred to the “Website”), is edited by the International Corporate Foundation “Saint-Gobain Initiatives” (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”). Its purpose is to allow present and former employees of the Saint-Gobain Group, as well as charitable associations and non-profit organizations, to file their patronage projects applications for the purpose of being potentially selected and sponsored by the Foundation.
On the Website, “Saint-Gobain Group” or “Saint-Gobain” mean the Compagnie de Saint-Gobain together with a large number of entities affiliated to it, and which it directly or indirectly effectively controls (such entities are hereinafter referred to the “Entities of the Saint-Gobain Group”).
The Foundation is duly authorized by the Autorisation Préfectorale dated April 17th, 2008.

2). Responsibility and liability
The Foundation, as the owner of the Website, continually undertakes to make its best efforts in order to ensure the reliability of the any and all information provided on the Website when displayed online, as well as while such information is available online.
The Foundation reserves the right to modify or rectify any content, information, and documents published on the Website, at any time without notice.
The Foundation, and more generally, any and all Entity of the Saint-Gobain Group, cannot be held liable or responsible for the mistakes and/or omissions regarding the published information, the technical issues encountered on the Website and/or, on every other website for which the Website provides any link, as well as the interpretation of such information, and consequences of its use.
More generally, the Foundation shall not be liable for any and all damage, whether direct or indirect, irrespective of the cause, origin, nature or consequences thereof, resulting of the access on the Website, or the impossibility thereof, as well as the Website utilization and/or the credit given to any information directly or indirectly accessible on the Website.
3). Intellectual Property
Except as otherwise stated, and to the exception of the projects, intellectual property rights relating to the documents displayed on the Website as well as in every elements created for the Website, are the exclusive property of the Foundation, the Company de Saint-Gobain and/or of the Entities of the Saint-Gobain Group (such documents and elements are hereinafter referred to the “SG Rights”). The Compagnie de Saint-Gobain, the Entities of the Saint-Gobain Group, or the Foundation, grant no license, or any other right other than the right to visit the Website. The copying of part or all elements, published documents on the Website including the Rights of Applicants as hereinafter defined (such as, but not limited to: photos and movies), is only authorized for information purposes, and strictly for personal and private use. Any reproduction or any use of copies for reasons other than those previously specified is expressly prohibited, except with a prior written authorization from the Company of Saint-Gobain. Corporate names, logos, products, trademarks, domain names mentionned on the Website are the property of the Company of Saint-Gobain and/or of the Entities of the Saint-Gobain Group, and cannot be used without the previous written consent of the concerned corporation.
For the purpose of this legal notice, “Rights of Applicants” means any and all intellectual property rights attached to the projects filed by the applicants on the Website. They include texts, photos, videos and more generally, any and all element integrated to a given project by a tender (hereinafter together the “Elements”). Every applicant hereby grants to the Saint-Gobain Group, a royalty free, unlimited and worldwide license on the rights to copy, disclose, resell and or distribute, on the Elements.

- manage the solidarity projects applications filed by applicants, and answers eventually provided to them;
- answer potential written requests of the visitors;
- contact the applicants about their projects, and for instance in order to request additional information.
Collected data:
- shall only result from a voluntary registration of the relevant visitor;
- are for internal use only, and are only intended to those responsible of the handling of the visitor’s request;
- are kept only as long as necessary to carry out one or more of the purposes defined above.
The Foundation benefits from the Dispense DI-008 issued by the French data protection authority (CNIL).
