More specifically concerning personal data collected on the Website, visitors and applicants are informed that the Website uses several processing operations in order to ensure the communication and exchange of informations with the visitors.

These processing operations notably make it possible to:

• manage the solidarity projects applications filed by applicants, and answers eventually provided to them;
• answer potential written requests of the visitors;
• contact the applicants about their projects, and for instance in order to request additional information.

Collected data:

• shall only result from a voluntary registration of the relevant visitor;
• are for internal use only, and are only intended to those responsible of the handling of the visitor’s request;
• are kept only as long as necessary to carry out one or more of the purposes defined above.
